GaitLine offers free shipping on all orders. The order is usually shipped within 3 - 6 business days, unless otherwise stated under the product description.  Tracking information will be sent to you by e-mail or sms, and it usually takes 1 - 2 business days after we have updated your order as "Complete".



You have 14 day right of cancellation from you receive the item. If you wish to return the product, send the item in return as a mail package, return costs  in such cases is paid by the customer, and the customer is responsible for the transport risk. The return condition is that the product has not been used and that it can be sold a s new and that we receive the return with the completed Return Form. All tags should hang on and shoe box must also be returned.  As soon as we receive the order in return in satisfactory condition you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and the amount paid will be refunded.


How do I send a product in return?

Your package contains a Packing Slip with all information you need to make a return. This includes a Return Form, which must accompany your return.

We recommend that all returns are sent with a traceable carrier. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. GaitLine is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by GaitLine. GaitLine does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
