What are the return terms?
Extended return period: orders placed between November 15 and December 24 can be exchanged until January 31, 2025.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
For returns to be approved, shoes must be returned in complete original packaging. If you have worn, washed, or removed tags from the shoes, your return will not be approved.
How do I register my return/exchange?

What if I want to both exchange and return shoes from the same order?
To exchange and return shoes from the same order, you must create two separate cases in the return system and send the shoes in two separate packages to our warehouse. This is necessary for correct handling.
Can I return products from different orders in the same package?
No, currently you cannot return products from different orders in the same package. You must create one case per order.
How long before you receive my return?
From when you deliver your package to your nearest DHL Express office, it will take 1-2 weeks for the warehouse to receive and process your return. You'll receive a confirmation email once processed.
When and how will I receive my refund?
Once the warehouse has processed and approved your return, you will be refunded within 2 weeks via the same payment method used for purchase.
There was no return label in my package, how do I get one?
Register your return using the form below. You'll receive a return label by email that needs to be printed and attached to your package before dropping it off at your nearest DHL Express.
Can I arrange returns on my own?
No, all returns must be registered in our return system.
Can I refuse delivery if I change my mind about my purchase?
No, you must follow our standard return procedure and register your return through our system, even if you've changed your mind about the purchase.
How do I register a complaint or claim?
If you discover defects or faults, register your complaint in our portal below. Select the product, describe the issue, and attach clear photos showing the problem.
