Returns

30-day return policy from the day you received your order. All returns are subject to a $9 processing fee.

We do not accept C.O.D returns and they will be returned to the sender automatically.
Please note that for the return to be approved, the shoes must be returned in their complete and original packaging. The shoes must not be used, washed, or altered in any way, and labels must not be removed.

Size Guide Sandals

We want you to find the perfect shoe size for your sandals at GaitLine. Our sandals only come in whole sizes. If you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. Most customers find that our sandals fits true to size. If you have wide feet or are unsure about your size, we recommend sizing up.
